Welcome to The Fencers Academy.
Located in St Louis, The Fencers
Academy offers the best quality training in the area. Our Head Coach, Hossam Hassan, is an internationally recognized coach
with 32 years of experience, who holds nine certifications and degrees from the French Fencing Federation
and the International Olympic Committee. He ultimately produced ten top finishers in international
youth tournaments, five top ten finishers in World Cup events and his fencers swept the Women's foil event in the 2002 Arab
Nations Championship. Not to be outdone, the Egyptian men's foil team qualified for the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004. Seventy
five percent of his current crop of fencers are nationally ranked. Head Coach Hossam has been coaching in St Louis and
Atlanta since 2004.
